  Leaving Certificate (SLC) .
• Original Aadhaar card & a Xerox copy.
• Recent Colour Pass port size photo 4 nos.
• Residence certificate if available. (Old Certificate also acceptable).
• Caste certificate for SC/ST students only if available.(Old certificate also acceptable.)
• Full & Short signature of the student.
